Director of Sales & Training
Our network of independent representatives counts on Ms. Jackson to give them the tools to build their businesses. Her extensive background and achievements in the industry of home-based business and her ability to impart her wealth of knowledge to others provide a perfect skill set in this position. From 1994-2001, she developed a distribution network of more than 100,000 representatives generating more than $1 million per month in billing revenues. With her innovative "The Women's Empowerment Workshop", Ms. Jackson has helped thousands of women excel in business, successfully training more than 20,000 women during her career.
Director of Marketing
Ms. Nelson has worked with North American Power since 2010, bringing her astute marketing mind, service-oriented approach and passion for giving back to every project she undertakes. In Ms. Nelson's early days at North American Power, and building on her past success in the non-profit world, she played a key role in developing charitable programs and expanding the Mission to Millions program to 20-plus national organizations. Today, as Director of Marketing, she spearheads initiatives to support the network of referring customers, including the creation of network sales tools, cultivation of new resources, and development of various field promotions. Field leaders, Independent Representatives and corporate management alike count on her to keep new programs moving forward in order to drive sales and productivity. Ms. Nelson is a graduate of University of Connecticut and lives in Stamford, Connecticut.
Vice President, Electricity Supply
Stacy Havlicek is a 17-year energy industry veteran, with an emphasis on wholesale energy portfolio management, including trading, procurement, risk management, forecasting, scheduling, and complex deal structuring, in the power, natural gas, renewable energy certificate, and carbon sectors. With experience at firms such as Morgan Stanley, Hess, and Southern Company, Stacy adds critical market knowledge and price strategy expertise to effectively optimize supply procurement. Stacy joined North American Power in September 2011 and is responsible for hedging, forecasting, and settlement activities across all markets, as well as renewable energy portfolio management and compliance functions. Stacy is a certified Energy Risk Professional, as distinguished by the prestigious Global Association of Risk Professionals. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from Emory University.
Vice President, Sales & Service
As one of the North American Power's original team members, Mr. Coates is responsible for helping to build the solid base of residential and commercial customers that have helped North American Power continue to grow. Today, as Vice President, Sales & Service, Mr. Coates is charged with managing the company's Customer Service and Representative Support groups, supervising the customer retention team, and overseeing workplace development and operations. With more than 15 years of experience in the lead generation business, and institutional sales expertise gained early in his career on Wall Street, Mr. Coates goes beyond day-to-day management to construct meaningful relationships with partners such as Nestle Waters and Restaurant.com, integrating all new partners and vendors into the North American Power family. Mr. Coates is a graduate of Lehigh University and a resident of Fairfield County.
Charitable Giving Coordinator
Ms. Kantesaria joined the team in 2012 to manage the growth of North American Power's key philanthropy initiatives. She manages relationships with current Mission to Millions and fundraising program partners and ensures our giving is on track through program analysis, evaluation of trends and assessments of areas of need. She also opens doors to new fundraising opportunities and communicates with the corporate and field teams on new initiatives. Her previous experience includes serving as a product coordinator for the Women's Designer and Evening departments at Saks Direct (Saks.com). Ms. Kantesaria has a BS in Marketing and a MS in Marketing Analytics, both from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts.
Director of Communications
Mr. Breitbart joined the North American Power team in 2010 after studying Interdisciplinary Business Management and Social Entrepreneurship at Miami University of Ohio. Through his studies, Mr. Breitbart developed a passion for using entrepreneurial principles to organize, create and manage social ventures that can achieve positive social change. He develops and implements communication strategies supporting the North American Power referral program, delivers informational and inspiring messages across multiple channels and provides information to Independent Representatives to help them achieve success and improve their lives.

Mr. Brown is a proven energy business executive with a track record of value creation in the competitive retail energy industry. He has broad experience in retail energy including strategy development, engineering, operations, customer service, technology, marketing, and sales.
Mr. Brown was previously the CEO of Hudson Energy Services a very fast growing energy provider in Texas, New York, and Illinois. Prior to his current position, he was VP and General Manager for Direct Energy Business Services, a leading retail energy provider in North America.
Prior to Direct Energy, Mr. Brown had a long career at TXU playing a leadership role in establishing their retail energy business. Prior to building TXU's retail energy division, he held a variety of senior positions in TXU's regulated utility business, serving TXU for some 28 years.
Mr. Brown received his MBA from the University of North Texas and a BS with honors in electrical engineering from the University of Texas. Mr. Brown is on the Board at the Cockrell School of Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin.
Mr. Breitbart is the primary architect of the creation of North American Power. Since founding the company with his partner, Carey Turnbull, in 2009 he has designed and created an expertly staffed and highly effective retail energy business. His ability to attract experts in the energy operations, finance, business development and marketing fields has made North American Power an award winning company - one of the fastest growing and most successful in the retail energy sector.
Mr. Breitbart is well known in the energy industry due to his national and regional advocacy activities. He is an influential member of the National Energy Marketers Association Executive Committee as well as the initiator of organized efforts to promote necessary changes to energy deregulation in New England. In addition to having been recognized on a major TV business news channel as an energy expert, he has been a featured speaker at numerous energy industry conferences.
Prior to founding North American Power, he worked for twenty years at United Companies where he started as a crude oil broker and worked his way up to President and CEO. He expanded United from four to thirteen divisions and brought the notional value of products brokered by the company to $750 billion annually. United was the first broker of energy derivatives and did not have a competitor in their derivatives business for two years. When sold in 2005 United was the top broker in crude oil deliveries globally.
His approach to the energy business has featured social entrepreneurship by linking charitable giving, the promotion of cleaner energy development and the creation of business opportunities for individuals to retail energy sales. Mr. Breitbart has demonstrated that a focus on doing what is good for society is good for business.
In the early 1980's Mr. Turnbull helped found Amerex Energy, an interdealer broker of energy risk management regulated futures and over the counter derivatives. The firm began as a broker of bulk shipments of petroleum between institutional counterparties. As the energy risk management business matured, Mr. Turnbull was instrumental in the firm's development of its regulated futures business on the International Petroleum Exchange in London, its petroleum brokerage business in Asia, and in its US natural gas and electricity derivatives businesses, where he was involved in their adoption of online trading. He was Global Chairman of Amerex when it sold its North American businesses to NYSE listed GFI Group in 2006.
Mr. Kinneary was named President of North American Power in March of 2011. He brings with him 38 years of experience in the energy industry, where he held numerous positions, ranging from utility general manager to top-level executive positions in retail marketing and electric generation companies. He has held the top executive offices in KeySpan Energy Services, KeySpan Energy Supply and Total Gas & Electric (TG&E). Among his many career accomplishments Mr. Kinneary designed and implemented the first utility energy hedging strategy in New York state, developed power pricing tactics that resulted in profits from the largest New York City power plant, and took TG&E from the brink of punitive regulatory/legal action and financial collapse to full compliance and profitability. Mr. Kinneary has served as a member of the National Energy Marketers Association's Executive Committee since 1999 including two terms as Chairman and has been proudly serving as Chairman Emeritus since 2005.
A Co-Founder of North American Power, Mr. Sattler is charged with management of all operations from wholesale power procurement to retail customer acquisition. Formerly a sought-after consultant for retail energy suppliers, as well as the head of EnergyChoice LLC, a CT-based electric aggregator, he brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the North American Power executive team. As owner and founder of EnSatt Consulting, he was engaged to assist the founders of North American Power with the initial set up and business plan. He shared the same vision and excitement for the company and upon completing this consulting project he joined the firm. A part of the original North American Power team, Mr. Sattler has led the company's expansion into over 30 markets and 11 states.
Chief Marketing Officer & Co-Founder
Mr. Breitbart left a career in international luxury real estate to join North American Power at its inception when the company had only three employees. Using his background in marketing, he worked to create the North American Power brand, sales channels, consumer promise and core values. Through Greg's efforts, North American Power has become one of the fastest growing energy companies in the Northeast. Greg places social entrepreneurship at the center of North American Power's marketing strategy and consistently looks for ways to utilize marketing to help drive growth while also driving change.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Redett has been involved with all aspects of electricity deregulation since 1997. He has built retail businesses from the ground up multiple times including AES NewEnergy in the UK and Juice Energy in the US. Mr. Redett was Director of Finance and Operations for the New York and Mid-Atlantic regions of Constellation NewEnergy and most recently the Director of Finance for Gamesa Energy USA, North America, a wind farm developer
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Meek is responsible for IT infrastructure and internal applications for North American Power. Mr. Meek previously worked as a software consultant specializing in systems architecture and application design. He has worked on a wide range of IT projects as a consultant bringing a wealth of technical knowledge to North American Power.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Tschamler, an 18-year energy industry veteran, joined North American Power in March of 2011. He is responsible for business development, including the expansion of the company into new markets. Tschamler comes to North American Power from KEMA, where he served as Director of North American Retail Energy. While at KEMA, he ran the retail energy advisory service, retail benchmarking service, and was lead author of First to Market, an analysis of the emerging smart energy business. Mr. Tschamler received a BA in economics from the University of Maine and Masters in Public Policy from the College of William and Mary.
Vice President, Natural Gas
Former director of U.S. Natural Gas Commodity Operations for UBS Investment Bank, Mr. Rossi has 32 years of experience in the energy industry, including wholesale and retail energy commodities and regulated utilities. He was manager of regulatory affairs for UIL Holdings Corp., including its principal operating subsidiary, The United Illuminating Company, and active in Northeast energy markets as director of natural gas supply for Southern Connecticut Gas Company. Prior to joining Southern, he was senior economist at the New York Power Authority engaged in fuel supply and IPP project development. His experience includes regulatory and planning matters in California, before the California Public Utilities Commission and California Energy Commission in the finance and gas engineering divisions of San Diego Gas & Electric Company.

Mr. Mannion has over thirty years of corporate experience in direct selling and network marketing having held senior marketing roles at Avon Products, the world's largest direct seller; Longaberger, a privately owned direct seller that quadrupled in sales to $1 billion during his tenure; and PartyLite, where he was president of the $400 million North American business. As a seasoned general management and marketing pro, Mr. Mannion has the unique ability to get at the heart of an issue and then create highly effective programs that bring companies to the next level. His track record of success marketing high growth businesses is matched only by his expertise developing brands that build an emotional connection with consumers to achieve results. Mr. Mannion is a graduate of Pace University and has studied at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and the Yale University School of Organization and Management.

Mr. Costino joined North American Power in 2011. During the past 17 years, he has trained more than 750,000 individuals to run home-based businesses as a national sales trainer for multiple companies, including American Communications Network (ACN), The Free Network (TFN), and Escape International. Mr. Costino's contagious enthusiasm and hands on approach has translated to more than 600 live seminars in front of audiences of thousands, and he has personally developed distribution networks totaling more than 250,000 representatives throughout his career, generating more than $7.5 million in monthly revenue from the deregulation of the telecommunications industry. In his role at North American Power, Mr. Costino consistently works to educate our team of independent sales representatives on the opportunities that exist within the burgeoning energy industry and help them achieve success.
Vice President of Operations
Mr. Tayles joined North American Power as Vice President of Operations in March 2011. He is well-known in the industry, having over two decades of network marketing experience under his belt. His personable demeanor, coupled with his unique ability to attract some of the top leaders in the industry has afforded him an admirable reputation. Prior to joining North American Power, Mr. Tayles was Vice President of Operations at Escape International and Aisle 19. In the past, he held that position at American Communications Network (ACN) and has also been President of The Free Network (TFN).

Andre is a professional disc jockey with over 25 years of experience. He runs his own entertainment
company that provides DJs, bands, and musicians for corporate events and private celebrations. He was surprised when he heard about a no-risk or investment opportunity. "It was too good to pass up," Andre said. "What was the worst I could lose, some time?"

Andre and Valerie have a monthly income that keeps growing month after month. Bob & Lisa Doran
Bob and Lisa Doran enjoyed starting and working on their own business all the way back in the 1990s, but there was a catch.
"Long before North American Power, my wife and I started a publishing company. Our first title was House & Home Magazine, and after 13 years we had added other titles, but our lives were no longer our own. We were no longer business owners, it was more like the business was a Bob and Lisa owner."
The daily grind, financial concerns, and the non-stop stress and responsibility took their toll. The large overhead, and the time-consuming nature of owning a publishing company could be overwhelming, and this led them to look at other possible income opportunities, like energy deregulation.
"We chose the North American Power opportunity because we saw it as a possible way out of the pressures of the publishing industry, which took deep dives during economy turmoil. I saw North American Power as a recession-proof safety net. It was another pillar of income that was in a burgeoning industry. Not everyone needs a magazine, but everyone needs electricity."
Bob and Lisa are thrilled to have replaced their long hours of overtime with the part-time hours they put into their North American Power team. They sold their publishing company, and now enjoy more time with friends and family, and continue to have a substantial income.
And best of all, "I love what I do," says Bob. "Helping people achieve what they want out of life, and seeing them hit their targets is to me one of the most rewarding things in this life. Despite being with a medical sales company for years, Bob Heilig was concerned with the lack of security he felt in his position. Apparently his concerns had merit, because one day he received the sort of call nobody wants from their boss.
His boss said, "We're going through a restructuring, and tomorrow you'll be getting another phone call to let you know if you have a job anymore." Bob took this as a loud-and-clear cue to take control of his own life. Even if he did still have a job with the company, who could live with that sort of pressure and uncertainty? Who would want to?
"So we hung up, and I started thinking about my future and where I was putting all my time and effort. I realized as long as someone else signs my paycheck I was never going to be paid what I was worth, and I'd never have true security. The rug could be yanked out from beneath me anytime."
Bob immediately went looking for a "Plan B," a new income source with three key components:
1) There had to be no limit to what he could earn,
2) The opportunity's income could directly relate to the amount of effort he put into it, and
3) After the ups and downs of his sales income, he wanted residual income that would be stable and not go away.
"I was very excited when I was introduced to North American Power, because it had all three of my Must Haves. At the time I didn't realize it, but that call from my boss was a blessing, because it's changed my life in incredible ways. I fired my boss and completely replaced my income in less than 2 years. Now I wake up every day and do the things that I want to do when I want to do them, while I live the life I want to and feel I deserve to."
Bob's been able to travel, make a great living at doing something he loves, and has a sense of purpose because he's helping other people change their lives for the better, too.
"My parents have both become Area Directors, and are well on their way to becoming Regional Directors, too. Their business pays them on over 2,000 customers, and my sister's family gets paid on over 1,000 customers. This business has changed my parents' lives - they have thousands in additional retirement they didn't have before. I've been able to help make money a non-issue in their lives and help them really enjoy their golden years."
What does the future bring for Bob? "I'm building a financial fortress around my family that will be impenetrable for generations. I plan to travel the world and help as many more people as I can with what I've been blessed with financially. I'll enjoy money working for me, instead of the other way around, and instead of debt and liability, I'll leave a legacy for my children."
Bob's advice for fellow Representatives is that it's critical not to focus on results, because once you see them you've already done 90% of the work. Instead, Bob advises, "focus on simply taking action every single day, and learn from my experience: if I knew how good the success was going to feel, I would have worked 1,000 times harder to get here. Looking back now I can't even remember all the nonsense I put up with along the way. My advice is simply take it seriously and make your dreams come true."
Kevin & Diana Marino
An entrepreneur all his life, Kevin had numerous businesses including four bars and restaurants, as well as a jewelry manufacturing and wholesale business. But in 2008, his world came crashing down around him with the real estate meltdown and an emotionally and financially draining divorce. Kevin was broke. Just to earn enough to eat and put gas in the car, Kevin refereed three high school sports teams. It was at that point his life took an interesting turn.
"I had met North American Power's Co-Founder & CEO, Kerry Breitbart before he started the company. It was always apparent to me that Kerry was a man of substance and character. When I heard Kerry and his good friend Carey were starting up an energy company I didn't hesitate to get involved as a Representative, and I've never looked back."
Kevin dedicated himself to setting and meeting a series of simple but substantial goals. First, become financially secure again so he could fulfill his second goal: "I wanted to marry Diana, a wonderful woman I met shortly after my world blew up and I was dead broke."
Kevin met his first goal and got his finances in order by sharing the North American opportunity with everyone he knew. And about that second goal? "Diana & I were married in October of 2011. Kerry Breitbart even sang at our wedding. The wedding was enjoyed by 150 of our family members and closest friends, and I'm happy to say many of those friends are now customers and Representatives with North American Power!"
Their finances continued to improve to the point that Diana left a corporate job she hated and joined Kevin with his work as Representative.
"The best thing is, we have the financial freedom to work the hours we want and make as much income as we choose, and we spend as much time as we want with friends, family and each other."
We asked Kevin what advice he'd give to someone pursuing the North American Power opportunity and he replied, "Don't ask if it is easy, ask if it is worth it."
After many years in corporate real estate, Michael made a major career change in 2007 and went into the energy field.
"Why? Because the financial markets in real estate that were so vital to my career were collapsing, and that led me to take a close look at other opportunities. After a great deal of research, the retail energy industry was the obvious choice, because of its excellent opportunities and growth. So I jumped right in."
Then in 2009, Michael happened to meet a veteran of the energy industry, Kerry Breitbart, and some exciting conversations took place. Michael introduced Kerry to a business associate, Chris Satler, and the beginnings of North American Power began to take shape. Kerry went on to become the Co-Founder & CEO, Chris became the Chief Operations Officer and Michael became the first employee and eventually a Regional Director.
Like all good things, this success didn't happen overnight, but it's paid off very well. "The ability to create financial freedom in my life, and for my future generations makes it all worthwhile. It's what makes the North American Power opportunity so attractive" Michael said.
"It's had a huge effect on my life in many other ways, too, like improving my skills in public speaking, communication, teaching and training, time management and personal development. My leadership skills continue to grow and blossom as I participate in the many market expansions the company embarks upon. His advice for people considering joining the North American Power team is to do your due diligence. Don't wait to join because positioning and timing are keys to your success, just as they were to his. Michael also reminds Representatives to always share the touching details of the Mission to Millions program when discussing the foundation and vision of North American Power. I'm very happy to have been a key player in building that philanthropic program." As of mid-2013, North American Power is donating over $50,000 per month to world-class charities.

Art and Kathleen Duel exemplify just how extraordinary the North American Power opportunity is, and how it appeals to people from all walks of life. Art was a successful attorney and a founding partner in a major law firm, and Kathleen was an international banker with an MBA and a Masters in International Management. In addition, the Duels also have over 20 years of experience in home-based businesses and have achieved the top position at two major companies.
